Flash Player
You will need to have Adobe Flash Player installed to view our webcasts. If you do not have flash player installed, you can download it for free for your specific browser by visiting http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Browser
It is recommended that you browse our webcast site using Internet Explorer or Firefox. You can alternatively also use any Mozilla based product or for the Mac, Opera. We would recommend Firefox, as it is a secure and fast browser, which can be downloaded for free from http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
Hardware
You will obviously also need a sound card and speakers. Most PC's have this capability. If you are unsure, please ask your system administrator.
Display
You will need a screen size of at least 1024x768. If you have not, you can reset this by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting properties. This will open "Display Properties". Go to the "Settings" tab and move the slider in the bottom right along to the right to 1024 x 768.
Firewalls
Our videos stream directly from our servers using the HTTP protocol. You shouldn't need to make any amends to view our webcasts. If you can view this website and page correctly then you shouldn't have any problems downloading our webcasts due to firewall settings. If you still cannot view our webcasts we suggest contacting your IT department for further assistance.
Projecting onto a large screen
If you would like to project the video screen, right click on video window and click zoom for full screen size.
